Job Description

This fantastic opportunity is specifically tailored for recent graduates possessing a strong foundation in analytical and coding skills. Successful candidates will actively contribute to challenging and impactful projects, effectively utilizing their knowledge of fundamental computer science principles and a diverse range of technologies. The selection process will involve a comprehensive evaluation, including a detailed written test followed by an in-person technical and HR assessment to gauge suitability. Upon successful completion of the evaluation, candidates will join a dynamic and collaborative team, playing a vital role in contributing to the overall success of the company. Note that there will be a mandatory service agreement of 2 years with the company to ensure commitment and continuity. All selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance appraisal leading to suitable salary increments at the end of the 1st year. Selected Candidates will be required to join by 6th May,2025. Extension of joining date may not be possible.

Responsibilities

• * Actively develop and maintain high-quality software applications for various business needs.
• * Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and thoroughly well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• * Collaborate effectively with team members on project design, architecture, and implementation strategies.
• * Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and share knowledge.
• * Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• * Proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement of software development processes, methodologies, and tools.
• * Demonstrate a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages quickly.
• * Contribute actively to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Education Qualification

• * Must possess a BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA qualification from a recognized institution or university.
• * Candidates graduating in the Year of Graduation – 2023 / 2024 / 2025 are eligible to apply for this role.
• * A consistently Good academic record is required throughout your educational journey.

Skills

• * Strong Knowledge of Core Computer Science Concepts, including Data Structures (e.g., arrays, linked lists, trees), Algorithms (e.g., sorting, searching), Databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and Operating Systems.
• * Practical Familiarity with Programming in Java or Python, demonstrating the ability to write and debug code.
• * Familiarity with Web Development technologies using HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc for creating interactive web applications.
• * Demonstrates Good Logical Reasoning Skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and devise logical solutions.
• * Possesses a strong Desire to learn different technologies at a rapid pace and adapt to evolving industry trends.
• * Displays Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues effectively.
• * Possesses Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
