The Distribution Executive – Level 1 handles announcing, publishing, and distributing Packt products through the Packt website and a range of channel partners. This position is technical in nature and reports to the line manager within the content distribution team; the responsibilities are listed below:

What You Will Do

Publishing a range of products on our website in line with the planned timelines.
Deliver Packt products, such as books, videos, and courses, to different channel partners in accordance with the SLA.
Build strong relationships with team members through effective collaboration.
Train team members on new and existing clients, processes, and best practices.
Keep guidelines for all distribution channels and workflows updated and well maintained.
Guarantee 100% quality across all assigned tasks by performing rigorous checks and adhering to standards.
Track product availability across distributed platforms and make sure systems hold accurate, up-to-date data.
Adapt proactively to system changes and new processes.
Managing numerous requests coming in from different channels.
Proactively research and explore topics when needed to strengthen knowledge and problem-solving.
