Job Description: We are seeking energetic, self-driven professionals to join our Offline User Growth Team. This role involves spotting growth opportunities throughout the city, building relationships with merchants, businesses, institutions and communities, and leading on-ground user acquisition efforts.

●Attend markets, shops, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and other high-footfall locations in order to spot growth opportunities.
Establish and oversee partnerships with regional or local brands and businesses.
Spot and cultivate partnerships across corporate, college, institutional and community segments.
Interact with merchants, customers and local communities to grasp market needs and share relevant feedback.
Spot fresh opportunities for user acquisition, brand visibility and local marketing initiatives.
Help carry out merchant programmes, college activities, community initiatives and other local campaigns.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to move identified opportunities from initiation through to closure.
Keep consistent tracking of visits, opportunities, partnerships and execution.
Education Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- any graduation

Solid understanding of the local market and city.
Excellent communication abilities and a talent for building relationships.
At ease with extensive fieldwork and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Capable of spotting opportunities independently and following through consistently.
Solid proficiency in the local language.
Relevant candidates would be those with experience in field sales, business development, partnerships, merchant acquisition, market development, or comparable roles.
