They serve as our customers’ voice and collaborate closely with product teams to enhance experiences and maintain Revolut’s core value of wow-level service.
To serve as a liaison between our ATMs and front-line support staff, we are seeking a Subject Matter Expert. In order to give our clients exceptional service, you will be offering technical support by responding quickly, identifying the underlying reasons, and resolving issues.

What you will do
Any skills related to the role
the selected Should have excellent English & Telugu communication with a decent accent
● Managing cases that have been escalated on the monitoring platform Jira
Examining problems, categorizing them appropriately, and allocating them to an appropriate team
Handling the problem from beginning to end until it is settled
Speak with outside suppliers to resolve problems
Working together with other teams around the world
Keeping an eye on crucial service metrics and responding quickly to any issues
Using monitoring technologies to respond swiftly to events
