Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation (Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management & Product Development, and three six-month rotations (3*6) across various departments make up the 18-month program.
• During their 18 months of on-the-job training, each Impact graduate has the opportunity to specialize in three to four of the aforementioned areas. Each rotation is designed to expose recent graduates to a variety of projects, technologies, and roles, guaranteeing a well-rounded learning experience. After training, they will be assigned to any one of the tech areas in which they specialize.
• Participants will develop their abilities and lay a solid career foundation while gaining priceless insights into many facets of technology through these rotations. You will acquire a strong foundation in energy research, learn about industry best practices, and help solve real-world problems through organized training, mentorship, and three distinct project-based and work-experience assignments.

• In addition to transforming change requests into technical designs and implementations that improve current functionality and add new capabilities, the role is centered on the creation and delivery of solutions and core software products. Additionally, it involves continuously upgrading components of the core product architecture.
• Every team member is in charge of ensuring performance, robustness, and customer satisfaction as well as delivering the product into production.
