Aera are looking for an enthusiastic intern in Automation and Data Curation to become a member of our vibrant Support Engineering team. This internship will mostly concentrate on automation, developing tools to enhance troubleshooting and problem analysis, and selecting text from support calls to provide data for Large Language Models.

What you will do
Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Support team to identify opportunities for automation in support workflows.
- Design and develop tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the Support team to curate content in support tickets, ensuring accurate and relevant information is captured for LLMs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving support processes and customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement
- Having a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; graduated in 2023 or after
Good to have skills
- Strong programming skills, particularly in SQL, Python or any other scripting language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good to have familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Good to have previous experience in technical support or customer service.
