Responsibilities
- This role is crucial in supporting Shell's Audit simplification agenda, a key initiative focused on aligning and streamlining internal audit processes to enhance business value. This involves significant and ongoing change management across various business units, directly supporting the company's growth strategy. The position is highly delivery-oriented and will involve leading audit-driven business change within program or project settings.
- Specifically, the Analyst will:
- · Contribute to IT Audit and related services, including control testing (ITGC/SOX) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development.
- · Support reviews of audit processes such as IT Audit, IT General Controls (ITGC), ISO27001, and SOX audits.
- · Work on Change Management, Incident Management, and user access control procedures.
Education Qualification
- A Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or other computer science degree is required, along with 0-2 years of experience in IT General Controls (ITGC). Certifications in IT audits and ISO27001 are highly preferred.
Skills
- This role requires an individual contributor capable of managing projects within an audit team and working with clients. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of and ability to execute and document the following:
- o ITGC Audits.
- o SOX Audits.
- o Change Management processes.
