Job Description
The Associate Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary customer-facing representative for Razorpay’s comprehensive product portfolio. This individual will provide crucial support to the integrations team in the technical implementation process for enterprise clients. This position reports directly to the Integration Team Leads within the Business Engineering division at Razorpay.

Responsibilities
- The successful candidate must possess a thorough understanding of Razorpay’s entire product suite.
- Staying current with technical knowledge is critical, and a comprehensive understanding of at least one coding language is essential.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of Razorpay solutions for key clients.
- Represent Razorpay’s platform integration capabilities to prospective merchants.
- Accountable for ensuring seamless platform integration between Razorpay and merchant systems.
- Address and resolve reactive inquiries and requests from merchants, adhering to established turnaround times and quality standards.
- Thoroughly review and respond to integration and platform documentation provided by potential clients.
- Serve as a vital channel for relaying customer product requirements and expectations, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops with the Product team.
- When clients request product customizations, the Associate Solutions Engineer will assist in validating the feasibility and scope of these requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
- Proficiency in technical languages such as Java, .Net, PHP, Python, and JavaScript.
