Job Description

Responsibilities

• Leveraging data research expertise to interpret business challenges and data requirements, transforming them into straightforward analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Creating both standardized and customized reports, along with performing ad hoc analyses, to inform strategic recommendations.
• Providing routine updates to project logs, contributing to monthly budget forecasts, and participating in the creation of monthly newsletters and operational reviews.
• Actively engaging in project work, which may involve assisting the systems support group with various aspects such as design, programming, research, testing, and implementation.
• Supporting troubleshooting efforts and addressing issues related to production or issuance processes.
• Contributing to the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls aimed at ensuring process accuracy, operational efficiency, and minimizing the potential for errors in production and issuance outputs.
• Engaging in data and business research initiatives, conducting secondary research testing, and generating results-driven intelligence.
• Working under the guidance of a supervisor, exercising independent judgment, and collaborating effectively with technology teams and other business units.
• Collaborating with consultants and program managers on diverse project tasks, encompassing project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months of experience in Analytics, or an equivalent level of proficiency demonstrated through a combination of relevant work experience, specialized training, military service, or formal education.
