Job Description
Riverline is looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to develop a market-leading, verticalized voice AI solution for the Indian market. This role involves working across the full technology stack, contributing to front-end, back-end, AI, and infrastructure development. The engineer will develop innovative strategies for scaling our AI agent infrastructure and integrate open-source frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and business logic to create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop a market-leading, verticalized voice AI solution for the Indian market, setting a new industry standard.
- Work across the full technology stack, contributing to front-end, back-end, AI, and infrastructure development.
- Develop innovative strategies for scaling our AI agent infrastructure by 100X and beyond.
- Integrate open-source frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and business logic to create innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of professional experience in software and AI application development.
- A pragmatic approach to technology; prioritizing timely project completion over specific tech stack preferences.
- A proactive mindset; independently addressing challenges by patching, forking, or developing custom solutions when existing open-source libraries are insufficient.
- A strong drive for momentum, embracing rapid iteration and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a broad audience.
- A sense of urgency and proactive monitoring to ensure consistent progress.
