Content Support Analyst – Job Description

AlphaSense is seeking a dedicated Content Support Analyst to join their remote team in India. This full-time role involves collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and content vendors to enhance AlphaSense’s content offerings and meet client needs. The Content Support Analyst will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding new content sources, optimizing content ingestion processes, and ensuring the highest quality of content within the AlphaSense platform.




Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new web-based content sources to expand the company’s content offerings.
  • Verify and upload company presentations, regulatory documents, and other content from various websites.
  • Configure and maintain web scraping jobs through an administrative interface for efficient content ingestion.
  • Monitor content processing alerts and execute quality reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues, devising innovative solutions.
  • Provide third-level support for content-related inquiries, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and external content providers, tracking resolutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product management, and content providers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate content usage reports and maintain logs of content requests.
  • Document content onboarding processes and perform quality assurance on categorized and tagged documents.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in data entry, data maintenance, or content support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with content aggregation processes or web crawl job configuration is a plus.
  • Ability to distill and explain complex issues clearly.
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
