Job Description

Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking a CBS Admin–AA (Associate Analyst/Analyst) in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role involves providing administrative services to clients within the Canadian Firm, including tasks such as data entry, expense and travel support, CRM updates, and transcription. The position is based in the Hyderabad office and operates under a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. Successful candidates will work 9-hour shifts between 5:30 AM and 11 PM IST, with rotational shifts implemented quarterly. Responsibilities

  • Performing blacklining or document comparison in Microsoft Word.
  • Creating business materials such as name tags, tent cards, labels, and ordering business cards.
  • Updating contact details and distribution lists in Outlook.
  • Managing contacts, accounts, lists, opportunities, and events within the CRM system.
  • Handling file repository management, including saving files to the network.
  • Creating surveys and publishing their results.
  • Generating WIP status reports, A/R reports, and performing bulk corrections to time entries.
  • Processing expense and travel requests using Concur.
  • Drafting invoices from PDF and Excel files.
  • Executing data entry requests.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in client service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with clients and leadership.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient listening and comprehension skills to meet client expectations regarding quality and timelines.
  • Ability to coordinate work with national and local teams, both virtually and in-person.
  • Knowledge of international address patterns, places, international phone number codes, and geographical knowledge of Canadian cities (preferred).
  • Working experience with international travel agencies or vendors (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and logical skills.
  • High attention to detail (preferred).
