JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) has released a recruitment notification for the engagement of Project Assistant-I on a tenure basis. A total of 111 tentative vacancies are available across Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Aeronautical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy and Civil Engineering disciplines.
Eligible Indian Nationals can register online through the ADA website. The last date for registration is 13 August 2026 up to 5:00 PM. Candidates who meet the prescribed educational qualification and other requirements can register and appear for the written test/interview as applicable.

ADA Selection Process

The selection process depends on the eligibility criterion under which a candidate is considered.

For certain qualification categories, the selection is through Interview only.

For other categories, candidates will be shortlisted through a Written Test followed by an Interview.

The written examination will have the same syllabus as GATE and will include negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates are advised to bring a scientific calculator for the written test.

The written test and interview will be conducted in Bangalore.

The final dates will depend on the number of registered candidates and will be published on the ADA website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the ADA website for updates.

Important Documents Required

Important Instructions for Candidates

Electronic items such as mobile phones, pen drives and smart watches are strictly prohibited inside the ADA campus/venue for the written test.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the written test or interview.

Only registered candidates will be permitted to appear for the written test/interview. The notification also makes it clear that registration itself is not the application; candidates must properly complete and carry the prescribed application form and supporting documents when reporting.
