To support student development and academic performance, we are looking for enthusiastic Academic Mentors to join our team. In your capacity as an Academic Mentor at Vedantu, you will be crucial in making sure that students attain the best possible learning results. In order to improve overall learning effectiveness, this role integrates administrative skills with educational knowledge to evaluate student progress, carry out interventions, and analyze data. You will collaborate closely with students and teachers to create an atmosphere that supports academic success while reporting to the Academic Manager. To make a difference, you must be driven, skilled, and proactive.

● 1. Academic Assistance
Monitoring Academic Progress: Keep tabs on pupils’ test results, identify their areas of strength and weakness, and guaranty consistent progress.
Personalized Advice: To assist students in achieving their academic objectives, offer customized study schedules, suggest educational materials, and offer advice on efficient learning techniques.
Driving Test Attendance: Make sure students consistently show up for scheduled exams, with a goal of a high attendance rate (in this case, 85%–95%).
2. Inspiration and Guidance
Developing Strong Student Relationships: Take on the role of mentor by getting to know each student personally, inspiring them to do better, and supporting them thru difficulties.
Meeting Academic and Emotional Needs: Assist students in maintaining their engagement, particularly those who might be having difficulties or losing interest, by attending to their emotional and academic needs.

Proficiency in evaluating student performance data to spot patterns, opportunities for development, and successful interventions
Technology familiarity: Knowledge of educational technology platforms and tools for data analysis, instruction, and learning. Proficiency with Excel for data processing is an extra benefit.
