JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Fortune 200 multinational corporation has collaborated with Flexiple to hire its starting research team while it builds its Global Capability Center in India. This position is on the ground floor of a corporation that is making significant investments in India, and it has the potential to influence how the center responds to the issues that matter to the leadership. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that assists multinational corporations in creating GCCs and high-performing teams in India.
Overview of the Role
As a research analyst, you will compile, organize, and analyze data from markets, rivals, and internal sources, transforming disparate inputs into concise briefs that inform actual decisions.

Investigation and Evaluation
Conduct primary and secondary research on rivals, markets, and industries.
Gather, purify, and organize information from many internal and external sources.
Find patterns, trends, and insights that address business inquiries.
Communication & Reporting
Create concise reports, presentations, and briefs for leadership evaluations.
Convert results into useful, actionable suggestions.
Education Required:

One to five years of experience in analysis, research, or a similar insight position
Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and familiarity with data
A methodical, inquisitive, and meticulous thinker
A dependable remote work setup with clear written and spoken English
Preferred Requirements
exposure to survey tools, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
A postgraduate degree in business, statistics, or economics
Experience assisting multinational or cross-functional teams
