Job Description
This notification announces the engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 for designated trades within Central Railway units. Applications are invited online for 51 apprentice slots. The recruitment process is centralized, with RRC/CR acting as the nodal agency for applications and merit list preparation. Document verification will be conducted at opted Divisions/Units. Importantly, no single centralized merit list will be formed; instead, merit lists will be prepared based on a combination of matriculation and ITI marks. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing training are not eligible to apply. The training period for all specified trades is one year.
