Campus Associate – Job Description

As a Campus Associate, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer experiences through various channels including calls, email, chat, and social media. This full-time role involves resolving customer inquiries, meeting key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction & Productivity, and ensuring adherence to company policies and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Accurately resolve customer issues, inquiries, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieve and maintain target customer satisfaction scores and productivity metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
- Complete mandatory upskilling courses and e-learning modules as assigned.
- Actively participate in coaching sessions and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain 100% schedule adherence and minimize absenteeism to reduce program shrinkage.

Required Qualifications
- Full-time Graduate (UG/PG) in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, or MCA.
- Must be a 2026 Passout.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Must reside within a 25 km radius of the office location.
