Use Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee recommendations, social media, and other platforms to find applicants.
Manage hiring in bulk for non-IT positions such as sales, inside sales, customer service, and telecalling.
Candidates are screened according to geography, income expectations, experience, communication skills, and work needs.
Describe the position, pay, workplace, shift, and other requirements during the first phone screening.
Arrange and organize interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
To increase interview-to-joining conversion, follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
For both present and future needs, keep an active candidate pipeline.
Organize paperwork, offer release, onboarding, and joining procedures with candidates.
Keep trackers, daily hiring reports, and recruitment statistics up to date.
Aim for recruitment KPIs like daily sourcing, scheduled interviews, selections, offers, and joiners.

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication abilities
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
Comfortable with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills (previous experience is a plus but not required)
Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools
Detail-oriented and well organized
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
It is advantageous to have an internship in marketing, sales, HR, or recruiting.
