Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive unit tests, docstrings, and detailed documentation to facilitate a thorough understanding of the current DoE libraries, specifically OpenTurns and JohnDoE.
- Transitioning the initial DoE from a temporary fuel vector implementation to the officially supported implementation.
- Increasing the complexity of the initial DoE by incorporating an additional dimension, specifically fuel density.
- Further enhancing the initial DoE by refining the fuel_weight dimension into two distinct dimensions: re_fuel_weight and de_fuel_weight.
- Integrating the initial and second DoEs into a unified DoE framework.
- Integrating any remaining independent dimensions necessary to achieve practical applicability of the DoE framework.
Qualifications
- A Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming.
- A solid foundation in statistical principles and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data wrangling and preprocessing techniques.
- Practical experience in Design of Experiments for data generation purposes.
- Competence in utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) and adherence to software development best practices.
- Familiarity with the Machine Learning and Deep Learning model development lifecycle.
