Audio Speech Evaluator (Expert) | Remote | 3-Month Contract
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Duration: 3 months
Engagement: Full-time contractAbout the Role
We are looking to hire experienced Audio Speech Evaluators to assist with an AI speech evaluation project. In this role, you will have natural, unscripted conversations with an AI voice bot and then assess each interaction for tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, and overall conversational quality. Every task takes roughly 20-30 minutes.

the selected Should have excellent English & Telugu communication with a decent accent
●Engage in natural conversations with an AI bot on a variety of topics and scenarios
Carry out task instructions while ensuring the conversation continues to flow naturally
After each task, evaluate the AI’s speech and responses
Assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, pacing, and overall conversational quality
Provide clear, specific, and objective feedback based on the project guidelines and rubrics
Meet the required turnaround times and productivity targets
Education Required:

English proficiency at a native or near-native level, along with excellent conversational abilities
A keen ear for nuanced variations in tone, accent, pronunciation, and conversational style
At ease conducting conversational sessions lasting 20-30 minutes
Capable of providing written feedback that is accurate, objective, and constructive
A dependable, quiet workspace equipped with a good headset and reliable internet
Prior experience in international voice / BPO (voice and accent) is highly preferred
Candidates who have worked at top US outbound call centres, or Voice trainers from US call centres, or voice actors for English movies/series/cartoons.
