What you will do
- Responsible for responding to customer requests, including but not limited to, answering calls via phone and providing after hours on call support for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support end-user devices/peripherals, including but not limited to computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security.
- Support activities include supporting end-users accepting IT break-fix requests from customers across multiple entry points, providing IT break/fix issue resolution or escalation of the issue to the appropriate team.
- Communication issues between paint dispensers and the PC
- Color match machines in the Paint department are having calibration issues.
- PC losing network connectivity.
- Issues within selling tools and software.
- Aware of PC/Laptop troubleshooting Both Hardware & Software.
- Knowledge of networking and support.
- Additional knowledge on Thermal printers or Spectrometers will be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Freshers / 6 to 1 year
- preferred Qualifications Btech
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge
- Only Immediate joiners are preferred (Notice period not accepted)
- Work from Office/ Rotational Shift/off/ Both side Transportation Provided
