Responsibilities

• Propose data-driven product enhancements to elevate customer experience and boost company profitability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement these solutions. Develop and maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards to inform strategic business decisions regarding the expanding loan portfolio. Partner with the Marketing team to assess the efficacy of current and prospective growth channels, evaluating marketing campaign performance and maintaining a comprehensive performance tracker. Conduct in-depth analyses to pinpoint underlying reasons for fluctuations in portfolio performance, formulate data-driven solutions, and assess anticipated portfolio impacts. Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to propose and conduct hypothesis testing to enhance risk management and profitability. Work alongside the Security team to develop and implement fraud mitigation strategies. Develop statistical models to support fraud prevention and user segmentation for capital markets transactions and financial data analysis. Provide essential data support to the marketing, capital markets, and product teams.

Education Qualification

• You must be in your final year of college.

Skills

• Proven working knowledge of SQL and at least one of Python, R, or Metabase. Prior internship experience, preferably in analytics or strategy, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to analyze, visualize, and communicate impactful data-driven insights. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential. A genuine enthusiasm for working across diverse cultures, departments, and time zones is required. You must be in your final year of college.
