Job Description

Amazon is currently recruiting Virtual Customer Service Associates for seasonal, full-time positions. These roles are based in Delhi, India, and are fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary objective is to proactively prevent problems, efficiently address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, responding to their requests via phone, chat, and/or email. These interactions may encompass a wide range of topics, including order inquiries, product information, payment-related concerns, and website navigation assistance. Customer Service Associates will utilize a variety of tools to effectively research solutions, navigate systems, and communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• The legal right to work in India.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated experience working with computers.
• Availability to work variable shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts as required.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
• From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 100 MB download speed and 10 MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
• By proceeding, you consent to the recording of your video and audio during interview stages and during the term of your employment at Amazon (as applicable) for the purposes of proctoring the assessment and validating your identity. You further agree that Amazon, Amazon’s authorized personnel or third parties authorized by Amazon may capture and store a screenshot of your face which will be used for the purpose of Amazon’s internal records purpose and continued identity verification. Further, you may also be required to show a government-issued ID (except Aadhaar card) having your photo to Amazon, Amazon’s authorized personnel or third parties authorized by Amazon during your interview stages and on your first day of joining Amazon as an employee.
