Job Description

This is a hands-on internship focused on building and contributing to the Learning & Development (L&D) function at GoHighLevel, a global SaaS organization. The intern will engage directly with real systems, content, and programs, playing an active role in developing, managing, and improving the company’s learning initiatives. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, evolving L&D environment within a large-scale technology company.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding workflows and track completion rates on Sana, the AI-native LMS.
• Maintain data accuracy and conduct periodic analysis to provide actionable insights on learning programs.
• Ensure a seamless assimilation journey for new global hires.
• Address and resolve employee queries related to the LMS and learning policies.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) for LMS administrators.
• Oversee course assignments, maintain the hygiene of the course catalogue, and ensure platform quality.
• Generate basic reports on learner engagement and platform usage.
• Build simple learning modules utilizing AI-native tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert knowledge into structured learning content.
• Maintain program and process documentation, including trackers and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for L&D initiatives.
• Execute learning sessions end-to-end, managing setup, communication, attendance, and feedback.
• Analyze session feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, Psychology, EdTech, or a related field.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured content.
• Proactive and reliable, demonstrating ownership and initiative without constant supervision.
• Proficient in using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Eager to explore and learn new tools, including AI and productivity applications.
• Ability to create simple, structured content in formats like slides, documents, or basic visual designs.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) with experience in data handling and basic analysis.
• Inherent curiosity and a drive to understand how platforms and systems function.
