Inside Sales Executive – Job Description

NoBroker is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this full-time role, you will identify and nurture business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales to achieve revenue targets. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals in the fast-paced real estate market.




Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities and leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Effectively recommend real estate solutions and guide clients towards purchase decisions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with leads generated from various data sources.
  • Follow up diligently on both new and existing leads to ensure timely engagement.
  • Adhere to company service standards to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate energy, excellent speaking abilities, and a results-oriented approach to closing sales.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through successful sales closures and upselling.

Required Qualifications

  • Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A.).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to work a 9-hour shift between 10 AM and 7 PM.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week with a weekday off.
