Answering both incoming and outgoing calls according to business requirements.
Booking appointments for patients. Providing detailed explanations on health care packages.

Job summary
Position Available: Domestic Voice Process Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls according to business needs
Schedule patient appointments and provide a detailed explanation of healthcare packages

Work Hours

5-day workweek with 2 split weekly offs
Rotating shifts

Candidate Requirements

Minimum education: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
Excellent communication skills in English (required)
Familiarity with regional languages like Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Odia, and Bengali is an advantage

Education Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent required;
