Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support for all of the hardware, software, servers, email systems, operating systems, security tools, and applications that are necessary for IT operations.
- Provide support for all critical IT functions, such as servers, email systems, desktops, laptops, software, hardware, and operating systems and security tools.
- Observe the IT Service Management Framework when providing end user support.
- Take part in initiatives and projects aimed at improving services.

Education Qualifications

Skills

- solid background working as a network administrator, system administrator, or in a position comparable
- Accreditation in any of the following technologies: ITIL, AWS, Cisco, Microsoft
- Accreditation in any of the following technologies: Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL,
- familiarity with patch management and networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- understanding of data backup and recovery, and system security
- It would be advantageous to be familiar with a variety of platforms and operating systems, including Mac and Apple OS.
- It would be helpful to have knowledge of many platforms and operating systems, including Mac and Apple OS.
- Resourcefulness and knack at addressing problems
- working familiarity with ITSM or ITOM and ticketing systems.
