CAST AI leverages sophisticated machine learning algorithms to analyze and automatically optimize Kubernetes clusters, resulting in significant cost savings (50% or more) for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, providing technical expertise to ensure clients fully understand and appreciate the value proposition of our innovative products.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations that effectively communicate complex technological concepts to diverse audiences, tailoring the presentation to resonate with each individual's background and knowledge level.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations that address specific client needs and highlight the unique benefits of CAST AI's platform. This includes crafting persuasive narratives that clearly articulate the return on investment and demonstrate a clear understanding of client challenges.
  • Assess client technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and actively collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization for optimal performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to ensure our solutions remain relevant and competitive within the rapidly changing landscape of cloud computing and Kubernetes management.
  • Represent CAST AI at industry conferences and trade shows, actively networking with potential clients, gathering valuable market intelligence, and showcasing our platform to a wider audience. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.

Education Qualification

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Engineer in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, or a related technology field. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are critical for effectively conveying complex technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong foundational understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes architecture, and AI/ML concepts is required. Practical experience with these technologies is highly desirable.
  • A history of building strong client relationships and exceeding sales goals is paramount. This includes the ability to identify client needs, build rapport, and close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are necessary for navigating diverse client interactions and successfully resolving technical challenges.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.) is required. Experience with other relevant scripting languages or tools is a plus.
