Manual Quality Assurance Engineer – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of quality assurance methodologies within the Delivery practice.
- Ensure adherence to established testing standards and best practices.
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality to improve the overall user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience as a Manual Quality Assurance professional within an Agile development framework.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies, test case design principles, and defect management systems.
- Excellent English proficiency (C1+) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of testing deliverables.
- High degree of attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with test execution tools and defect tracking software is advantageous.
