A working knowledge of one or more South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) is highly desirable but not required. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across a variety of communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement within our customer support processes and implement effective solutions to enhance the customer experience. This includes contributing to process optimization and efficiency gains.
