Genea is seeking a motivated Technical Services Representative Level I (Part-time) for a remote role, focusing on providing essential support to customers and tenants. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt telephone, chat, and email support for customer and tenant troubleshooting requests and incidents.
- Accurately log all requests and incidents within Zendesk, capturing comprehensive details for each issue.
- Utilize the CRM system to effectively track and manage physical assets associated with deployments.
- Assist with the configuration and setup of hardware and software for Genea deployments.
- Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical support tiers for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient problem-solving and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support technical service operations.
Required Qualifications
- Possess 1-3 years of prior experience in a technical support role.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of IPv4 networks, VLAN configurations, and remote connection tools.
- Showcase experience in learning and guiding others through the use of software and web-based applications.
- Exhibit the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team goals.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, which may encompass early, late, or night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
