Technical Support Specialist – Job Description

Bloomreach is seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction with the Loomi Platform. This position is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced SaaS environment.




Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical support tickets on the Loomi Platform, employing structured diagnostics for swift and clear solutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication and high ticket hygiene to ensure an empathetic and seamless customer support experience.
  • Achieve and consistently meet L1 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Develop and publish Knowledge Base articles to improve team resolution speed and maintain consistency.
  • Provide 24×7 support coverage and actively participate in the on-call rotation as per team guidelines.
  • Cultivate in-depth product and technical knowledge of the Loomi Platform and related technologies.
  • Communicate technical information with clarity and empathy to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and report platform issues or enhancement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess 1-3 years of professional experience in technical support, customer success, IT helpdesk, consultancy, marketing, campaigns, or CRM.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically and explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exhibit fluent English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and a solid understanding of web technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and their underlying infrastructure.
