Minimum Qualifying Marks

General/EWS: 40 marks out of 100

SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 35 marks out of 100

Meeting the minimum qualifying marks does not guarantee selection. The merit list will be prepared separately for each state and category based on examination scores. In the event of a tie at the cut-off point, the older candidate will receive the higher rank, as stated in the notification.

Selection is also subject to the prescribed verification and medical fitness requirements.

Local Language Requirement

Candidates applying for a particular state or Union Territory must be proficient in at least one of its specified local languages. Proficiency includes reading, writing, speaking and understanding the language.

The local-language test will be conducted during document verification. Candidates who submit a Class 10 or Class 12 marksheet or certificate demonstrating that they studied the relevant local language will not be required to take this test.

How to Apply for UCO Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Eligible candidates should follow these steps to complete the application process.

Visit the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme portal at nats.education.gov.in.

Open the Student Register/Login section and complete the required registration, if not already registered.

Log in to the NATS portal and locate the UCO Bank apprenticeship opportunity.

Apply for the UCO Bank apprenticeship programme and save the NATS Enrolment ID for future reference.

Check the registered email account for communication from BFSI SSC inviting you to provide additional details, including category and preferred training districts.

Complete the additional examination registration and pay the applicable examination fee through the designated portal at beep.bfsissc.com.

Complete the additional information submission and payment process no later than October 29, 2026.

Verify all personal, educational and category details before final submission, as changes may not be permitted afterward.

Keep your registered email address and mobile number active and regularly check the official UCO Bank website for updates.

Candidates must complete the required registration steps on the designated portals. Registering on NATS alone does not complete the entire examination registration process.

Candidates should upload or provide documents in accordance with the portal instructions and retain copies for future reference.

Important Instructions for Applicants

A candidate may apply for only one state or Union Territory.

Multiple applications may result in rejection under the notification’s conditions.

The applicant’s name and other details must match the relevant certificates and marksheets.

Candidates must complete the required online examination registration and fee payment within the prescribed deadline.

Examination login credentials and the link will be communicated to eligible fee-paying candidates by BFSI SSC before the examination.

The examination is to be taken online using a camera-enabled desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone, subject to the examination instructions.

Candidates must follow the examination rules and must not use unfair means.

Previous apprenticeship training with UCO Bank or another organization, or ongoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, may make a candidate ineligible.

Candidates with one year or more of training or job experience after completing the qualifying education are not eligible under the notification.

UCO Bank does not guarantee regular employment after the apprenticeship period.
