Responsibilities

• Employ statistical methodologies to analyze data and produce comprehensive business reports, providing valuable insights into performance and trends.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives, contributing directly to the overall success of the organization.
• Extract, meticulously verify, and validate crucial business data requirements, ensuring accuracy and reliability for decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to pinpoint data gaps and capitalize on emerging opportunities for improvement and innovation. This includes identifying areas where data collection and analysis can be optimized.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in a business analyst or similar analytical role. Entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify underlying patterns, and extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing a variety of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Microsoft Excel (with advanced functions such as pivot tables and VBA preferred), and Tableau (or similar data visualization software).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear articulation of findings to diverse teams and stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment characterized by evolving priorities and tight deadlines; capable of effectively managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and insightful work that meets the highest professional standards.
