Job Description
The program's overall goal is to prepare students for careers as professional summer managers through internships. Principal Positions and Duties: This internship opportunity gives highly qualified college or university students the chance to become future leaders in ATT and the business community, depending on the assignment allocated. The Professional Student Intern program enhances their education and professional preparation by offering them hands-on job experience. The Professional Student Intern will have exposure to the interpersonal relationships necessary for a job, with supervisors and coworkers, during the work experience. These relationships are crucial for achieving a successful and fulfilling career. Job Contribution: Neither the Summer Manager Program (SMP) nor the Leadership Development Program (LDP) are used to hire students or recent graduates. This job key is not applicable to them. Education: Pursuing a university or bachelor's degree. Experience: Prior experience is not necessary. Not in a supervisory capacity.
