Responsibilities
- Uphold and adhere to stringent confidentiality requirements.
- • Work with a variety of data kinds, such as text, voice, audio, images, and videos, among others.
- • Provide high-quality labeled data while adhering to internal policies, procedures, and tools in order to satisfy our KPIs and promote the ethical, responsible, and safe use of AI technology.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, generating factually and grammatically accurate responses, ranking responses, creating grammatically correct text, and annotating images and videos
- • When assessing various types of data and making judgments, exhibit analytical and critical thinking skills.
- • Making logical decisions when carrying out tasks with maybe unclear information
- • Have the flexibility to switch between different labeling workflows while being meticulous.
- • Show that you are an expert at managing the entire data execution process for job labeling and that you rely less on work instructions.
- • Participate in root cause analysis, spot error trends, and pinpoint fixes to raise the caliber of labeling assignments.
- • Draw attention to process issues in SOP and tools, and provide necessary modifications suggestions.
- • Exhibit sound judgment in striking a balance between following procedures and taking responsibility for your analysis and solutions.
Education Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in any subject is acceptable
- • 0–2 years of work experience and a track record of successfully completing tasks
Skills
- Capacity to efficiently investigate, understand, and assess a wide range of topics in a variety of fields
- • Demonstrated ability to use open-source materials efficiently for thorough study
- • Capacity to adjust effectively to hectic situations with shifting objectives, tactics, and directions
- • It's imperative to have a strong sense of motivation, ownership, and readiness to take on the challenge of meeting daily deadlines.
- This position will be entirely onsite, therefore schedule flexibility may be needed.
- **SELECTED REQUIREMENTS**
- • Preferably a bachelor's or master's degree
- • Prior experience in the machine learning field and exposure to US culture are advantages.
- • The ability to multitask
- • Proficient in computers with a good typing speed (over 50 words per minute).
- • The candidate must exhibit language proficiency at least at the B2 level in the CEFR framework in all areas, including verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension.
