Job Description
As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for managing a Classic Portfolio, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition, cultivating robust customer relationships, and effectively cross-selling a diverse range of banking products. The primary objective is to establish yourself as the customer’s preferred banker, providing personalized service and maximizing their share of wallet.

Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
* Acquire new Savings Accounts (SA) and Current Accounts (CA) for both resident and non-resident individuals.
* Effectively cross-sell a comprehensive suite of banking products, including Demat accounts, Credit Cards, Fixed Deposits, various Loan products, Insurance offerings, Mutual Funds, RBI Bonds, Bill Payment services, and Advisory Services.
* Leverage referrals, manage walk-in clients, and utilize data analytics to drive business growth and identify potential opportunities.
* Proactively monitor and mitigate account attrition, employing persuasive strategies to encourage customers to renew Fixed Deposits and maintain optimal account balances.
* Actively promote and maintain Corporate Salary Accounts, ensuring their effective utilization.
* Consistently achieve established income targets and surpass sales benchmarks. - Portfolio & Relationship Management:
* Manage a Classic Portfolio with an optimal number of customers.
* Group individual customers with family & associates to deepen relationships.
* Enhance customer engagement through regular interactions & financial planning.
* Upgrade eligible customers to Classic Portfolio based on product eligibility.
* Track and improve Customer-to-Group (CTG) ratio. - Customer Service & Retention: Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries and concerns. Implement proactive strategies to retain existing customers and foster long-term relationships.
- Operations & Compliance: Facilitate and encourage customers to utilize Net Banking, Mobile Banking, and Direct Banking Channels for their banking transactions. Ensure meticulous and error-free documentation for all account openings and service requests. Maintain strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance standards and all relevant banking regulations and norms. Efficiently manage locker allotment processes.
