Responsibilities
- Accurately estimating work requirements, providing essential information for project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.
- Contributing to the development of efficient programs and systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, with a strong foundation in Core Java concepts and related technologies, and extensive experience in Spring Boot development.
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and developing microservices.
- A solid understanding of Element Management Systems (EMS) and Network Management Systems (NMS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns, including a thorough understanding of classes and interfaces.
- Familiarity with Generics, Java Virtual Machine (JVM), memory management techniques, data caching strategies, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
- Experience with concurrency and multithreading.
- Proficiency in messaging techniques, complex event processing, and storage and database technologies, such as MongoDB, MySQL, and ElasticSearch.
- Exposure to integrated development environments (IDEs) like IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse is desirable.
- Practical experience working with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Working knowledge of OSGi.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Python, and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
