This role plays a pivotal part in delivering essential tactical and procedural support to the Global Sales Operations team, with a primary focus on contract administration and upholding data integrity to facilitate the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the processing of finalized contracts and sales opportunities within the Salesforce platform through the established booked-verification protocol.
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of all contracts, client entitlement data, and associated subscription information utilizing Salesforce and CPQ systems.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain a high degree of data quality and accuracy within Salesforce.com and other integrated platforms to guarantee reliable reporting capabilities.
  • Provide assistance to Account Executives and Account Managers by handling operational tasks, including updates to sales forecasts, transfers of accounts, and attribution of bookings.
  • Manage and address miscellaneous requests and actively participate in specialized projects and company-wide initiatives to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Global Sales Operations function.

Qualifications

  • A graduate-level degree is a prerequisite, coupled with zero to seven years of pertinent professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Contract Management.

Skills

A working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, with specific proficiency in Salesforce.com, is essential for managing contractual agreements, processing sales opportunities, and maintaining the integrity of data.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and multitasking capabilities are critical for effectively managing competing priorities and adhering to strict deadlines.
Superior verbal and written communication abilities are necessary for successful interaction with client-facing teams and a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the company.
A self-motivated and independent approach to work is vital, including the capacity to assume responsibility for tasks, propose effective solutions, and ensure the completion of assigned duties.
Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications is required for performing standard operational tasks.
