Job Description
NEEPCO seeks applications from promising, dedicated, energetic, and young professionals with outstanding academic records to join the organization as Executive Trainees in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and IT disciplines. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program at one or more of the Corporation’s locations.

Qualifications
- Executive Trainee (Electrical/Mechanical ) (E-2 Grade): A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical & Automation Engineering from a recognized Institute or University with a minimum of 65% marks as per the norms of the respective institute/ University (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates). Candidates must have appeared and qualified in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2025, in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Executive Trainee (Civil) (E-2 Grade): A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute or University with a minimum of 65% marks as per the norms of the respective institute/ University (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates). Candidates must have appeared and qualified in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2025, in Civil Engineering.
- Executive Trainee (IT) (E-2 Grade): A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT from a recognized Institute or University with a minimum of 65% marks as per the norms of the respective institute/ University (55% marks for SC candidates). Candidates must have appeared and qualified in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2025 for Computer Science and Information Technology (CS).
