Job Description

We are seeking two highly motivated Operations Manager Graduates. One graduate will focus on enhancing overall business performance and impact, while the other will concentrate on process optimization, reducing manual workloads, and implementing advanced technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents, to drive automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Graduation in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) field or Engineering from a leading university in India or Spain.
- A strong academic record, demonstrated by a CGPA of 7/10 or higher, or placement within the top 20% of your graduating class.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Fundamental data analysis skills (training will be provided).
- Full-time availability beginning in September 2026.
