Job Description
NxtWave is seeking dynamic and confident Business Development Associates (BDAs) or Interview Candidates (CGEs) to engage with prospective students and their parents. The primary responsibility is to assess interest, address inquiries, and guide individuals towards making enrollment decisions. This involves conducting one-on-one interviews, understanding student needs, overcoming objections, and facilitating enrollment. The role requires effective communication in the student’s or parent’s native language, evaluating engagement from previous learning materials, and providing valuable insights to the sales or admissions team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, offering an initial 2-month internship followed by a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and calls with students to assess their understanding of previous webinars.
- Identify interested and qualified leads for program enrollment.
- Provide personalized guidance and career counseling to potential learners.
- Maintain professional, empathetic, and engaging interactions with each student.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience in EdTech (preferred), B2C Inside Sales, or Counselling-led sales. Freshers with strong communication and sales interest are encouraged to apply.

- A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
