Job Description
This role focuses on Certinal, an enterprise eSignature platform developed by Zycus, which competes with industry giants like DocuSign and Adobe Sign. Certinal serves Fortune 500 clients in sectors such as healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement, boasting high customer satisfaction with an 81 NPS score. The platform is recognized for its technical prowess, adaptable pricing, and exceptional customer support, handling complex enterprise integrations including SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS, CRMs, and ERP systems.
As a Webflow-Based Web Developer Intern, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining web pages and components within the Webflow platform. You will collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to enhance the performance, responsiveness, SEO, and overall usability of Certinal’s digital presence. This internship offers a practical, hands-on experience where you will contribute to live projects, gaining valuable insights into how modern B2B SaaS companies utilize digital channels for marketing, customer acquisition, and establishing thought leadership.

Responsibilities
- Build and update responsive web pages in Webflow based on Figma/design inputs
- Maintain and enhance Webflow CMS collections, including structure, templates, dynamic pages, and filtering mechanisms.
- Implement reusable components and design systems within Webflow, utilizing symbols and components, and adhering to style guides.
- Assist with website optimization tasks, focusing on page speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser quality assurance.
- Support the implementation of SEO best practices, including metadata, heading structure, alt text, internal linking, redirects, and sitemap verification.
- Help integrate third-party tools such as forms, analytics platforms, chat widgets, and marketing automation embeds.
- Address and resolve layout issues, bugs, and content inconsistencies to ensure clean and well-structured web pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to publish landing pages for various campaigns, product updates, and events.
- Document all implemented changes and contribute to a streamlined web operations workflow that includes request submission, development, review, and publishing stages.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in BCA, MCA, BSc/BE in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- A portfolio, GitHub projects, or prior web development/internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Webflow, including its projects, components, CMS, and publishing workflow.
- Solid foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and principles of responsive design.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, sufficient for adding small scripts or integrations.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly concerning spacing, alignment, and typographical consistency.
- Ability to accurately follow design specifications and adapt quickly based on received feedback.
- Comfort with fundamental web concepts such as domains, hosting, and DNS.
- Good communication skills and a proactive willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
