- The Health Ops Team’s daily operations will be supported by the Operations Associate, guaranteeing the best possible customer service. Working together with different internal departments, managing administrative duties, processing claims, and enhancing operational effectiveness within the health insurance sector are all part of this role.

Put the customer’s experience first and help them with the issuing, renewal, and claims process of their policies.
Work along with POCs from insurance companies to guarantee that policies are processed and issued within TAT.
Assist in organizing and streamlining the renewal procedure to guarantee our clients’ timely and smooth renewals.
Assist with policy management and claims processing while maintaining accuracy and adherence to corporate guidelines.
Work together with advisors to guarantee that client needs and questions are handled effectively.
To spot patterns, identify problems, and promote process efficiency improvements, track and evaluate operational metrics.
Help with the creation, upkeep, and updating of operational documentation, making sure that all protocols are well-defined and adhered to.

0–2 years of operational experience
strong organizational abilities and a focus on details.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
