Job Description
R1 RCM is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of IAM Analyst. This position is specifically for freshers with a background in Cyber Security, offering a remote work opportunity with specific shift timings. Responsibilities
- Process job orders to grant or revoke user access within the Identity Management (IDM) tool, ensuring compliance with all company policies.
- Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Ensure compliance with established security policies and access management best practices.
- Maintain seamless access management processes across various IT systems.
- Handle access-related requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support multi-factor authentication (MFA) tools and authentication processes.
Qualifications
- Fresher with a background in Cyber Security.
- Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent written communication skills for email support and issue resolution.
- Prior experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of IT security policies related to access management (preferred).
