Job Description
This role is within the Transaction Risk Management team, a critical component of the Trust and Safety department. The team is responsible for detailed analysis and investigation of transactions to identify, report, and mitigate fraud and abuse across customer, delivery executive, and restaurant partner segments. The output of this team serves as the primary source of truth for organizational efforts in combating these issues. The position involves continuous monitoring and in-depth investigation of fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive datasets to detect recurring fraud patterns within the Customer Experience (CX), Delivery Executive (DE), and Restaurant (RX) domains. This includes identifying transactional fraud, related account abuse, and instances of collusion.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Swiggy’s business functions to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate and implement corrective action plans and preventive measures for fraud and abuse risk mitigation.
- Continuously monitor fraud risks and escalate findings to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Effectively handle product and analytics data, and generate reports.
- Apply strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, coupled with high critical thinking capabilities, to navigate and succeed in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to perform deep-dive analyses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of business principles.
- Experience in e-commerce, specifically within Trust and Safety or Fraud Investigations domains, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
