BrightChamps is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate for its ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) market, offering a full-time, remote work-from-home opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Australian and New Zealand-based parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to present BrightChamps programs.
- Assess a child’s current academic standing and recommend suitable courses and personalized learning pathways.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments by effectively addressing concerns and highlighting program value and student outcomes.
- Maintain diligent follow-ups using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely updates on lead progression and conversion status.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for revenue, conversion rates, and call productivity within a performance-driven framework.
- Liaise with operations and academic teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for newly enrolled students.
- Understand parent requirements and effectively communicate the unique selling propositions of BrightChamps’ educational offerings.
