What you will do

Help with daily e-invoicing flow monitoring and identify invoices that need to be looked into or followed up on
Examine invoice failures, rejections, and problems with data quality; if necessary, escalate complex issues to the E Invoicing Manager.
Assist in maintaining tax categories, routing IDs, PEPPOL identities, customer master data, and required invoicing fields.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer and invoice data on a regular basis.
Help with testing, documentation, data validation, and user assistance during go-live operations as part of the onboarding process for new nations.
Assist the local market teams, customer service, and finance departments with training materials and process-related inquiries.

Basic knowledge of billing, customer master data, invoice processing, and SAP SD/FI procedures
knowledge of PEPPOL, electronic invoicing principles, or a desire to become an expert in the field.
Maintaining master data and examining invoice transactions with a strong emphasis on correctness
the capacity to recognize problems, look into underlying causes, and assist in resolution efforts.
competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting software
Capable of effectively communicating with external partners, customer-facing teams, IT, and finance
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management skills
