Job description
The Amazon Account Management team is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to create solutions for improved input/output metric analysis while delivering the best possible customer experience. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with various internal teams and stakeholders as a member of the Seller team to analyse data, draw conclusions, and produce insightful reports and dashboards that are both compelling and actionable. Excellent SQL and query development skills, strong business acumen, and the capacity to collaborate with business and programme teams are prerequisites for this position. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter who can work independently, be at ease with uncertainty, have excellent attention to detail, be able to operate in a dynamic workplace, and be motivated to innovate in this field.
