JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking LinkedIn Recruitment Associates to assist us in hiring Campus Managers at universities throughout the United States.
This is not a role in which you will spend months handling repetitive administrative tasks. You will be involved directly in active hiring projects, pick up modern sourcing methods, try out AI recruiting tools, and gain insight into what excellent recruiting looks like at a global startup.
Throughout this job, you will develop hands-on recruiting abilities that most people only acquire after starting full-time work.
If you do well, you will have the chance to be considered for a long-term full-time position with Fresh Prints.

What you will do
Any skills related to the role
Look into universities throughout the United States to determine where we should focus our recruiting efforts
Find potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Pick up and use Boolean search methods to spot top-quality talent
Contact candidates and develop talent pipelines
Evaluate candidates according to graduation year, area of study, and the needs of the role
Keep recruiting data and candidate records accurate and up to date
Collaborate closely with your manager to refine sourcing strategies
Learn to leverage AI tools like Claude and other recruiting technologies so you can recruit more effectively
Offer ideas that help us enhance our hiring process
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English along with strong communication abilities
A strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
At ease learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search methods (previous experience is a bonus but not required)
Interested in AI and keen to pick up new recruiting tools
Detail-oriented and extremely well organized
Self-driven and enthusiastic about learning
At ease working in a fast-paced setting
Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a bonus
New graduates who have internship experience are welcome to apply

Length of Engagement
This full-time, three-month position is intended to provide you with practical experience in contemporary recruiting.Depending on how they perform and on business needs, candidates may also be considered for a full-time position at Fresh Prints.

Attractive monthly stipend of $370 plus an $80 Night Shift Allowance (totaling $450 each month)
